Join ASCA for an introductory webinar on Taskforce 1 — a 2026–27 program focused on translating the UN’s U4SSC smart city framework into practical, Australian-localised guidance.

This session will provide an overview of the Taskforce approach, including how it will support practitioners across smart cities, digital infrastructure, and local government innovation to contribute to nationally relevant best practice.

Across six sessions (July 2026 – January 2027), Taskforce 1 will work towards four key outputs:
• An Australian KPI register aligned to the U4SSC indicators
• A practitioner guide linking good practice to those KPIs
• A smart community maturity framework
• A feasibility assessment for an Australian assurance pathway

The webinar will take the form of a relaxed discussion, outlining the program and what participation involves, with an opportunity for questions.
